What do we do?
We take your property in all it’s glory and rent it from you for as long as you would like, generally we like agreements between 2 to 5 years.
We can also agree terms to buy the property from you now or at a later date if you wish
We guarantee to pay you rent on a monthly basis and take on the managing of the property without bothering you.
We take on the voids
We take on the tenant finding
We pay for repairs – in agreement with you
